Red Bull Music Academy continues its programme of top-notch London events, hooking up with LA’s Brainfeeder crew for a one-off party at Fabric on Wednesday 10 March.

The line-up is, of course, fantastic. Leading the charge is Steven Ellison AKA Flying Lotus, who’ll be appearing shortly ahead of the release of Cosmogramma, his eagerly-awaited third album. Kode9 will doubtless take the opportunity to play some of the more wigged-out hip-hop and astral jazz-type records in his collection, though expect plenty of heavy-hitting dubstep and funky as well.

Stones Throw’s J. Rocc will be a big draw for hip-hop heads, as will The Gaslamp Killer and oft-underrated Daedalus. We’re particularly excited about hearing Dorian Concept (pictured above), whose unashamedly tough, super-saturated wonky confections always go down a treat, and Martyn, who remains pretty much unrivalled in his ability to mix up dubstep, funky, garage and techno with conviction and flair. Brainfeeder’s Dimlite, Nosaj Thing and TOKiMONSTA complete the roll-call of imaginative beat-conductors.

The night runs 9pm-3am and tickets, priced £12.50, are available here.
