Jamie Price, the son of jungle pioneer Goldie has received a minimum 21-year jail sentence for his part in a gang-related murder.

The Guardian reported that the victim, Marlon Morris, was an associate of the Pendeford Crew, who had clashed with members of the Firetown Crew, the Wolverhampton gang that Price belonged to. He was killed two years ago; yesterday’s verdict came at the end of a retrial, after last year’s hearing collapsed over CCTV-related issues.

Goldie was not in court, but has said in the past that “I tried to give him opportunities; I told him that I’d pay for anything he wanted to do. But he went the other way.”
