R.I.P. reggae legend Gregory Isaacs

BBC Caribbean has confirmed that reggae legend Gregory Isaacs has died.

The word has been going around social networking sites for the last hour, but this is the first confirmation of it that we can see. Isaacs was 59 years old, and died this morning at his home in London, reportedly with cancer of the liver.

He leaves behind a wife and children.
