This curiosity popped up today.
Released on the Good Years label, with the catalogue number NIGHT001, it’s London singer Jamie Woon’s recent ‘Night Air’ single – already remixed by Ramadanman on its 12″ release – remixed by two of the city’s finest producers in Deadboy and Becoming Real [above].
Deadboy’s take is on an airy, shivering house tip with Woon left mostly untreated, while Becoming Real completely cuts up the original vocal over the squeaked out eski-beats that he’s starting to make a name for himself on.
You can listen to clips of both tracks at Rubadub, who seem to be the only online store with it in right now.
