FACT'S ONES TO WATCH 2011

Over the next 10 pages we pick out some of our favourite artists set to make a splash in 2011. From jangly indie-poppers to industrial minimalists, from low-riding hip-hoppers to electro necromancers, our favoured boys and girls are a dizzyingly mixed bunch.

We should add that our focus here is directed away from the dancefloor - we'll be tackling new talent in club music in our forthcoming Producers To Watch features. We've also avoided up-and-comers who you'll definitely have already heard about (James Blake et al).
