Nightwave, for the unfamiliar, is the artist formally known as 8Bitch.

Eastern European by birth, 8Bitch’s work has semi-regularly featured on FACT, particularly her 2010 single ‘G41’, and her excellent remix of Terror Danjah’s ‘Air Bubble’. She recently changed her name to something which sounds a little bit more like a genre but a lot less like a female dog, and is primed to release a new EP for Svetlana Industries; in our opinion, her best work to date.

The EP is fronted by the ‘Feel’, a late night drive through a race track of Detroit synths, whistles and rumbling basslines. Check out the video below. The full EP is penciled in for a June 27 release date.
