Apparat is gearing up to release The Devil’s Walk, his first album for Mute Records.

‘Song Of Los’ is the new single from the album, and is due out on 12″ and download on September 26, accompanied by a remix from Mogwai. The Scotch outfit have been in a rich vein of form lately, delivering one of the finest LPs of their career in Hardcore Will Never Die But You Will and exploring chamber classical composition on their new EP Earth Division. There remix is full of their usual sense of drama, and transforms the source material while staying true to its melancholy spirit and textured production. Stream it below.
