Kaleidoscopic producer Bullion has a new EP on the way.

Following on from 2011’s merry You Drove Me To Plastic – not to forget his 12″ for R&S – Bullion will drop the new set late next month. The EP will, rather needily, be titled Love Me Oh Please Love Me.

If that handle sounds uncharacteristically vulnerable, there’s good reason why: Bullion has followed the same path trod by James Blake, Clark et al, and interpolated his own voice into the tracks. The record also promises to be his most stripped-back release in yonks. One of the tracks, ‘Age Of Self’ is a cover of a Robert Wyatt song.

The lead track, ‘It’s All In Sound’, is available to stream below. Love Me Oh Please Love Me is due on April 30, courtesy of Bullion’s own label DEEK.

Tracklist:
1. Its All In Sound
2. Age Of Self
3. Collision
4. Save Your Lubb
5. Family
6. Keep A Document (digital only)
