Between legal battles over his back-taxes, Philadelphia rapper Beanie Sigel has found time to release his latest missive. His new mixtape, Broad Street Empire Vol. 1: Lost Files features cameos from State Property collaborators Freeway and Young Chris, along with an appearance from Raekwon.

Sigel recently inked a new deal with EMI, and plans to release a book, Kites Over The Wall, of his prison writings. His none-too-humbly-titled album, The Classic, is due for release this summer.
