After two records of fantastical, dress-up Goth pop, Natasha Khan is donning cape and crown for a new Bat For Lashes record.

Khan’s forthcoming third album will be titled The Haunted Man, and is set to drop in October. She’ll also be airing  new material at Latitude and Bestival, before embarking on a UK tour in Autumn. For those of us who fell fairly hard for 2006’s Fur And Gold and 2009’s brilliant and lush Two Suns, it’s excellent news.

The Haunted Man will arrive on October 15 through Parlophone/EMI. Khan also plays her first UK show in two years tonight in Cambridge. Her UK tour dates are below. You can read FACT’s 2009 interview with Khan here
