Following from yesterday’s dorky Waka Flocka Flame remix, crunk conductors TNGHT have previewed a new track from their forthcoming EP.

Higher Ground’ is the most energetic thing we’ve heard yet from Messrs Lunice and Mohawke; especially compared to the lugubrious stomp of ‘Buggin”, it’s a properly antic bit of high-grade trapnip. Hats rattle, voices yelp, ersatz horns supply the pomp. There’s nothing remotely subtle about it, but ‘Higher Ground’ is thoroughly irrepressible.
