It's a reference to Kain's (member of The Last Poets) track "A Constipated Monkey" from his overlooked solo LP "The Blue Guerrilla" which was also heavily sampled for KMD's stunning second album "Black Bastards" and played during the funeral of MF DOOM's brother DJ Subroc back in 1993.
