Mala’s forthcoming album, Mala In Cuba, has been causing a bit of a stir around these parts.

It sees the producer on typically fine form, but with a twist – this time he’s working with live musicians rather than a harddrive full of samples, and the results have an organic quality which stands apart from the producer’s past output.

It seems logical, then, that the dubstep pioneer will be taking his show on the road in the coming months, presenting the album in a live format – the first time Mala has ever performed live. Details of how the whole thing will work are scarce at the moment, but it’s just been revealed that the show will receive its UK debut at the Brixton Electric on November 17 – full details and tickets here.
