By late 1995 they weren't releasing anymore new music. MERCK started releasing in January of 2000, and ran for 7 years. Though Murk did do some re-release stuff in the later 2000's of their old material, the labels were never active at the same times. Ultimately, it is very unlikely that there was much confusion or fan overlap between a Deep House label and a strong IDM label anyway, so I'm not sure how you could try and make that correction without giving it more than a few seconds thought.
