Mosca’s ‘What You Came For’ adds Katy B’s understated diva vocals to his 2011 smash ‘Bax.’

Earlier this summer, Katy B performed the song live, and it looks like the tune is getting closer to a proper release on Rinse. DJ Q premiered the track last night on his BBC 1xtra show, rewinding to ask the audience if it’s destined to be a club anthem.

We say yes: the bassline-meets-garage throwback is the type of soundscape on which Katy B thrives. ‘What You Came For’ takes the already-massive ‘Bax’ to the next level, and dancefloors will be Katy B’s beck and call (as per usual).
