Diverse imprint Unknown To The Unknown has established itself as one of dance music’s most industrious and effective new arrivals.

Helmed by DJ Haus of Hot City, UTTU has clocked up a pretty sterling roster in its 18 month lifespan. Recent releases have come from Californian magpies 5kinandbone5, eclectic producer (and friend of Patrice) Slackk, Nightwave and DJ Q. Following from their last release (the Sinden/Babe Rainbow/5kinandbone5 split Coin Power), the label are now set to issue an enticing state-of-the-nation compilation of dark and adventurous dance music from the UK.

Tales From The Darkside will showcase twelve tracks from a host of homegrown producers. Among those set to feature on the cut are eski reanimator Logos, bassline ambassador DJ Q, garage long-timer DJ Narrows, Mista Men and Haus himself.

Tales From The Darkside will arrive on October 31 (yes, that’s Halloween).
