Watch a new video from Grimes and Kreayshawn collaborator Tragik

California androgyne Tragik hosts a neon-drenched dance off with a crew that includes Kreayshawn and Grimes.

You may recognize Tragik as part of pop weirdos L$D, which also features Grimes, Kreayshawn, and Blood Diamonds. She appeared in and directed the supergroup’s video for thrash-rap ‘Don’t Smoke My Blunt B*tch,’ rapping and sneering through a gold-plated grill.

A Bay Area art scene hyphenate (rapper/writer/photographer/director) who now lives in LA, Tragik shares her new single ‘Club King.’ The track comes with a psychedelic video, full of negative filters and neon effects, which she directed with Kreayshawn.

On the track, Tragik is more ballroom commentator than rapper, spitting out lyrics like “I am that disco diva / I am that crystal ball / I am that white pill / that got you dancing on the wall.” Produced by the Bay Area beatsmith Freddy Stylez, ‘Club King’ views electro-house through a tropical prism; there’s even a dancehall-influenced breakdown.
