Estonian pop-theorist/pop-practitioner Maria Minerva has just dropped her third album for Not Not Fun.

As outlined in our review, Will Happiness Find Me? is a jumbled collection of pop experiments, comprised of (mostly) deft successes and (occasionally) damp squibs. Lead track ‘The Sound’ has now been given a new video, in which Minerva emerges from some sort of indistinct mechanism made of liquid. Oddly enough, the low-budget clip isn’t a million miles away from Busta Rhymes and Janet Jackson’s crazy expensive ‘What’s It Gonna Be?’. For all the translucence on display, it’s a strangely opaque visual accompaniment for one of Minerva’s more immediate numbers.
