Art collective and promoters Dystopia have assembled a great line-up for a night of forceful delights on October 13.

Top of the bill is Surgeon, one of our most revered homegrown techno producers. Since his classic run of releases for Downwards and Tresor in the 1990s, Surgeon has continued to stress his claim as an unusually focused, visionary practitioner; his work as half of British Murder Boys, coupled with his recent flirtations with industrial and noise, have set him well apart from his peers.

He’ll be joined by Ali Wells, aka techno punisher Perc. As head of Perc Trax, Wells has given platform to some of the darkest, rudest 4/4 fare of the decade – expect him to go hard and fast. Punch Drunk boss Peverelist will be on a brighter tip, bringing his experience from Bristol’s seminal Subloaded night to bear; dubstep and unusual house/techno should be the order of the day. Mime, Mr F and Vito Arpino will all provide support on the night.

The event will take place at a secret location in Hackney, and will run from 9pm until 6am. For further information and tickets, head to the Dystopia website.
