Toro Y Moi announces new album, Anything in Return

Anything in Return is due out January 22 via Carpark.

According to Interview Magazine, the artist formerly known as Chaz Bundick was “trying to make sincere pop music that’s not all processed and bubblegum” on the follow up 2011’s Underneath the Pine.

“People will be like, ‘What is he doing?'” Bundick told Interview. “Underground isn’t always relevant; I want to see what’s popular, then put my own spin on it.”

The album art for Anything in Return is below, followed by the tracklisting. In edition to his “chillwave” efforts, Bundick has explored dance music under his Les Sins alias.
