On-point promoters Deadly Rhythm are five years young, and they’re celebrating with a fine shindig in Peckham’s Bussey Building.

On November 2, the crew will return to the venue for the first time in over two years. Fred Peterkin, aka Fred P, tops the bill. Also known for his work as Black Jazz Consortium, the producer is one of the most efflugent stars in the NY house scene, helming the Soul People Music label and rolling with the likes of Jus-Ed and Move D. Expect expertly curated deep house. 4Hero’s Dego, meanwhile, will offer homegrown thrills. Now repping the 2000black crew, he can be relied on to bring a timely range of broken beat, house and other local sounds.

Eglo head honcho Alexander Nut will also be returning, and will, as ever, be spinning a winning melange of hip-hop, dance and soul. Regulars Aleksi, James Deadly and Patrick CA are also on the bill. The night runs from 10.00pm until 6.00am. Tickets and further information are available here.
