Protect-U loses all gear in Paris robbery

Update: There is now an Indiegogo to help get the band back on their feet.

Sad news from Washington, DC’s leading analog experimenters.

Comprised of DC residents Aaron Leitko and Mike Petillo, house duo Protect-U was robbed of all their gear (“effects, synths, FireWire box — and two laptops”) in Paris last night. The pair was in the middle of a European live tour which they may have to cancel.

“If anybody has any information regarding the theft or the whereabouts of our stuff, please get in touch,” they ask, via Facebook. The full list of stolen information is below.
