Philly bass alchemist Starkey has dropped new album Orbits – a lunatic collection of skittish hip-hop, deformed moombahton and airhorn-friendly riddims.

We’ve been streaming the album in its entirety, and handed out non-album track ‘Recoil’. The latest Starke y supplement is a free download of ‘The Beast’, plucked from Annie Mac’s recent Annie Mac Presents compilationIt’s a rambunctious affair, full of scattershot hi-hats, hoover motifs and twisted goblin voices. Consdiered alongside Orbiting, it’s further proof that Starkey’s singular brand of sonic Tourette’s is as potent as ever.

Annie Mac Presents is out now. The album also features Mele’s gargantuan ‘Space Jam’, plus previously unreleased material from the likes of AlunaGeorge and Mmoths. You can read our recent chat with Starkey here. [via Pigeons And Planes]
