Leftfield beatmakers, it seems, are continuing to penetrate rap’s big league.

Hudson Mohawke, of course, contributed some backroom work to G.O.O.D Music’s ‘Mercy’. According to Pitchfork, another LuckyMe affiliate is now breaking into the fold.

Antic producer Baauer, responsible for ‘Harlem Shake’ (one of our Tracks Of The Year), is currently working with hip-hop megaproducer Just Blaze on new material. No further news is forthcoming, but, on paper at least, it sounds like a pretty alchemical meeting of minds.
