Update: Miguel claims via Facebook that ” apparently some lame mf released a couple demos circa 2006/2007 of mine,” so it looks like these weren’t sanctioned (and for good reason).

Miguel has released ‘Bawdy’ and ‘On These Wings’ for free via his YouTube page. The songs are definitely more in the mode of All I Want Is You than that of his Best of 2012 album Kaleidoscope Dream.

‘Bawdy’ is a simple, dancefloor-ready Timbaland pastiche, while ‘On These Wings’ is more on the wings of Michael Jackson. Neither has the subtly or finesse of Kaleidoscope Dream, but it’s an interesting look into Miguel’s continuing evolution. Stream the songs below, and download ‘Bawdy’ and ‘On These Wings’ now.
