The upbeat ray of sunshine appears on the reissue of Give Up.

‘A Tattered Line of String’ is one of the two new songs that will appear on the deluxe tenth anniversary edition of The Postal Service’s lone album, Give Up. The millenial pop favorite will be re-issued by Sub Pop on April 8 in the UK and April 9 in the U.S.

Ex-Rilo Kiley frontwoman Jenny Lewis sings on the song, as well as on the forthcoming ‘Turn Around’. She contributed to Give Up and toured with the band on the last go-around, a role she will reprise on the band’s reunion tour.
