Michael Jackson’s recording console or not — Phoenix hasn’t changed a bit.

‘Entertainment’ is the first cut off the French foursome’s upcoming album, Bankrupt!, the follow-up to 2009′s breakthrough Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix. Aside from the inclusion of an earworming Oriental riff, the song follows the Phoenix formula to a tee: Thomas Mars’ slinky singing, an indie-dance backline, and glistening arena-ready riffs.

Bankrupt! is due out April 22 via New York label Glassnote. Phoenix has already signed up for a North American tour and a handful of European festivals.
