Sigur Rós have aired a selection of unreleased tracks on their current global tour.
The band might have officially lost a member, but they’ve been ploughing on regardless, beginning work on a new album and embarking on a lengthy worldwide tour. As Consequence Of Sound report, the band have been showcasing new tracks on said jaunt, all apparently in contention to appear on their “aggressive” seventh LP. The tracks are titled ‘Kveikur’, ‘Yfirborð’, and ‘Hrafntinna’, and are taken from the band’s recent shows in Portugal.
Sigur Rós’ tour dates are below. The itinerary includes a stop-off at Cheshire’s Jodrell Bank Observatory and a pair of Coachella shows.
