MikeQ teams up with Divoli S’vere and Jay R Neutron for some ballroom-ready remixes.

One of the leading figures in the world of ballroom, MikeQ needs no introduction around these parts, especially after his neck-snapping, ultra-sharp FACT mix. Qween Beat, a 14-member ballroom collective that he established in 2005, has taken to Soundcloud to share a few remixes.

Frequent collaborators MikeQ and Divoli S’vere have reworked Rihanna’s ‘Fresh Off The Runway’ into a lithe, nearly-unrecognizable bit of vogue house; considering the original’s Guetta-meets-The-Dream production, that’s not a negative thing. Next up is a “ha”-heavy reworking of Baauer’s inescapable ‘Harlem Shake’. Download both tracks below and keep an eye on Qween Beat’s Soundcloud for more goodies.
