Last weekend in shitty, rainy Miami, Jamie xx and John Talabot played back to back at Young Turks’ washed-out beach party. No one danced, and nobody had fun.

Seriously though, who the hell are we kidding? While our UK office – and most of you readers – were stuck in our drizzly hometown this weekend, these guys were having all the fun. Still, at least you can now listen to that Jamie xx / John Talabot set, which is full of the sort of slow house, disco and piano riffs that compliment a poolside daiquiri like cheese does wine.
