UK garage veteran – and recent FACT On Record subject – Wookie, will reissue some of his classic material later year.

Wookie, who dented the charts with a stream of garage classics in the late ’90s and ’00s, will first release Wookie & Exemen Reworks: The Anthology Part 1, a collection of his best remixes (under, as you’d expect, both his Wookie and Exemen personas). According to Wookie’s Soundcloud, it will feature his remixes of Sia’s ‘Little Man’, MJ Cole’s ‘Sincere’, Faithless’s ‘We Come 1’, Justin Timberlake’s ‘What Goes Around … Comes Around’ and Gabrielle’s ‘Sunshine’; we’ve requested a full tracklist. It’s due on May 20.

Following that, he’ll start to re-release come of his classic singles – focusing on the ones that were only available on limited vinyl pressings or never made available digitally. That series starts with ‘Storm’ / ‘Stargate’ (first released in 2001, due for re-release on June 3) and ‘Duppy’ / ‘Far East’ (2001, due for re-release on July 8).

We’ve embedded ‘Storm’ below.
