Preview another song from Queens of the Stone Age's Like Clockwork

While certainly nothing like that of Boards of Canada (or even Daft Punk), the marketing campaign for the dessert rocker’s forthcoming album is in full swing.

With one single premiered and another teased via video, we’ve heard two promising samples of Like Clockwork. The third comes as a 30-sec teaser, broadcast late last night / early this morning on Adult Swim.

Watch a fan-rip of the ad below; while the video is a bit choppy, the audio is clear enough to tide us over. The band has also revealed a website that delivers a strange message when given a phone number (US-only), with a promise of something to come later today. Like Clockwork is due out June 3 and the guest list is impressive.

Update: The mystery promised by the band has surfaced, in the form of a three-minute video trailer. The video uses part of ‘I Appear Missing’ (the entire track is six minutes long) and features the art of Like Clockwork album artist Boneface and animation by Liam Brazier. [via Pitchfork]
