The Vampire Weekend boys get by with a little help from their friends. 

From the zippy ‘Cousins’ clip through to the badminton fantasy ‘Giving Up The Gun’, Vampire Weekend tend to give good video. Their visual for the scuzzy ‘Diane Young’ – a weirdo dinner party gone awry – is definitely up there with their best. It’s stuffed to the gills with celeb cameos: Santigold gazes into space, Dave Longstreth plays with fire, Hamilton Leithauser of The Walkmen glowers in a balaclava and Sky Ferreira sulks moodily (play what you know, I suppose). Other guests include P-Thugg and Dave1 from Chromeo, Despot and Andrei. The results are a bit like an indie Last Supper, albeit with someone smoking ganja through a saxophone.
