Peep the latest from UK soundsystem don Congo Natty.

From his 1980s output with Double Trouble through to his essential work in the infant days of jungle, the feller born Michael West has more than earned his place in the history books. As of this week, he’s just made his Big Dada debut, dropping the Adrian Sherwood-produced Jungle Revolution LP. It’s a boisterous set, stuffed with guest appearances and shot through with snatches of pirate radio chatter.

FACT have the first play of the video for album track ‘Jah Warriors’, featuring YT & Nanci Correira. Like the album it comes from, the clip (directed by Globalfaction) offers a from-the-frontline report of underground soundsystem culture – don’t be surprised if you find yourself searching the sketchier ends of the FM spectrum once you’ve watched it.

Jungle Revoluton is out now on Big Dada. Tickets for the launch party at Birthdays in Dalston, London this Thursday (4th July) are available here.
