The latest additions join a month-long line-up that includes Queens of the Stone Age, Justin Timberlake and Sigur Rós.

The iTunes Festival takes place at London’s Roundhouse each September, with tickets only available to competition winners – entry is simple, though, and you can enter through iTunes to win two tickets to as many of the gigs as you like.

The final additions to the line-up include the reanimated Pixies (pictured), who are battling on since the departure of bassist Kim Deal, recent Glastonbury headliners Arctic Monkeys, ordinary person John Legend and piano-bashing razzmatazz peddler Elton John.

Also joining the bill are ‘Blurred Lines’ singer Robin Thicke, folk-pop dup The Olms (supporting Vampire Weekend), bleak Mancunians No Ceremony (supporting Pixies), and British young’un Tom Odell (supporting Elton John).
