Up-and-coming UK producer Filter Dread has released a new limited cassette mixtape, Space Loops.

Dread has been impressing us for a while: he released an excellent EP last year on Visionist’s Lost Codes label, and his smudged takes on grime, jungle and more have been cropping up in the sets of grime DJs like Slackk and Bloom. 

Space Loops has been released by No Corner, the label behind Kahn and Neek’s Gorgon Grime cassette and Jabu’s gorgeous ‘Move in Circles’ 7″, and they describe it thus: “Dense, paranoid hazes of late nights and patch leads, Akai samplers left running through grubby delay units…breaks stretched to their serrated limit, exposing the pitted drum hits that the UK underground is built on, from Jungle to Grime and beyond.”

22 tracks too, so you’re getting your money’s worth. It is limited to 90 copies, however, so move fast.
