Matt Mondanile follows up January’s The Flower Lane with a new EP.

The Real Estate guitarist will release the five-track EP on October 22 via Domino. Wish Hotel, which was recorded in Mondanile’s home in Ridgewood, NJ with collaborator Al Carlson, focuses on “travel, love, and longings” (according to a press release, via Consequence of Sound), and the wistful psych-pop of lead single ‘Honey Tiger Eyes’ delivers on that promise.
