Premiere: Trus'me unveils Mosca's throbbing remix of 'Somebody' on new Prime Numbers 12"

Mosca brings the bass to a new 12″ on Prime Numbers.

Manchester-based techno and house specialist Trus’me (pictured) made his debut in 2007 with the album Working Night$, a journey through house, boogie and hip-hop that became a firm FACT favourite. Since then he’s established his Prime Numbers label and released two more albums, 2009′s In the Red and this year’s Treat Me Right, which featured the raw-edged, handclap-driven ‘Somebody’.

Now UK producer Mosca has offered up a remix of that track, dropping the tempo and driving the bass hard to create his own dreamily deep, heads-down reworking. His version is set for release on Trus’me’s own Prime Numbers imprint on December 9 as the B-side to the 12″ version of ‘Somebody’.

For more Trus’me, check out his FACT mix from this summer. Mosca’s latest release, meanwhile, was the techno-tinged three-track EP A Thousand Year’s Wait, released through Delsin offshoot label Ann Aimee in September.
