The fully reunited Rumours-era Fleetwood Mac will get down to business in March.
Speaking to Maui News, band lynchpin Mick Fleetwood has revealed that a new album from the rock veterans has now been green-lit. According to the drummer, the band will begin recording a new LP – their first since 2003’s sprawling Say You Will – in March. The set will also include songs by Christine McVie, whose return to the group after a 15-year hiatus wasannounced earlier this month.
Fleetwood also revealed that the band have a world tour in the offing, set to take place in autumn. Fleetwood Mac featured in our recent rundown of acts likely to headline Glastonbury 2014 – although Michael Eavis appears to have scotched that one for now).
