A brand new festival is always interesting, and Jabberwocky might be even more interesting than most, judging by its list of esteemed collaborators.

The festival was rustled up three separate musical forces, ATP, Barcelona’s Primavera and US indie news behemoth Pitchfork. Between them they have managed to put together a lineup that should have most London events quaking in their boots.

Firstly there’s the headliner, and Jabberwocky have signed up recently-reformed indie darlings Neutral Milk Hotel to take that top spot. It hardly stops there though, we’ve got drone metal deities Earth, wyrd-techno upsetter Vatican Shadow, underground music flag-bearer Kode9, Caribou, Iceage, Electric Wizard, Deafheaven, Jesu, The Ex and loads more.

Even more interestingly, the venue chosen for Jabberwocky is convention centre ExCeL, which is far from the usual location for this sort of event. Curiouser and curiouser – consider us intrigued.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow and can be snapped up here.
