Listen to Tuff Sherm's Berceuse Heroique debut, featuring a Delroy Edwards remix

Eugene Hector finds a new home for his prodigious output.

The last year has seen Hector’s Dro Carey alias take a backseat to his house and techno-obsessed Tuff Sherm project. Following releases on Trilogy Tapes, Merok, Reckno and ANUS Records, the next Tuff Sherm material comes via the burgeoning Berceuse Heroique.

The ‘Smugglers Bureau’ 12″ also features ‘Easy Company’ and a remix by L.I.E.S. regular Delroy Edwards; you can stream the entire project below. Berceuse Heroique is one of our labels to watch in 2014 and has started the year with a bang: the Tuff Sherm release follows the label’s reissue of Cousin Cockroach’s 2002 classic ‘This Ain’t Tom N’ Jerry’ and a release from Breaker 1 2, taking the unorthodox catalogue number BH 05.5.
