Dial’s man across the pond comes through with a new EP. 

John Roberts broke through in earnest with 2010’s Glass Eights – a straight-as-you-like deep house LP embellished with gorgeous modern classical touches and dusky samples; heartstrings were duly pulled. After some choice EPs, Roberts followed up with last year’s Fences album, an odder, rhythmically tricksier affair that nonetheless retained some of its predecessor’s sense of poise.

In May, Roberts will return to regular home Dial with a new EP. Ausio will feature three new tracks, and will be available on vinyl and digital. No track snippets yet, we’re afraid, but that there below? The cover art, of course.

Ausio is due on May 12 through Dial.
