Cult Scottish twee poppers Belle & Sebastian are set to reissue their classic albums later this year.

Starting on October 6, the band will embark on a series charmingly titled It Could Have Been a Brilliant Career, which will see them issuing a slew of their finest albums on vinyl once more. Included in the campaign will be Tigermilk, If You’re Feeling Sinister, The Boy With The Arab Strap, Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like A Peasant, Dear Catastrophe Waitress, Push Barman To Open Old Wounds, The Life Pursuit, The BBC Sessions, Write About Love, and last year’s The Third Eye Centre.

If you’re wondering what Belle & Sebastian are up to right now, well they’re apparently almost done with their new album, so we’re guessing that this glut of reissues is an extra push before it’s finally ready to land. [via Clash]
