The reunion brought Tyler, The Creator to tears.

N.E.R.D. reunited for the first time in years over the weekend when they joined Pharrell for his performance at Odd Future’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival. Shay Haley and Chad Hugo emerged with Pharrell on stage to perform their hit ‘Rockstar’ from 2001’s In Search Of… album.

You can watch footage of the performance below, in which self-confessed N.E.R.D. fanatic and Odd Future leader Tyler, The Creator looks on from the crowd in pure disbelief, holding his head in his hands.

N.E.R.D.’s last album Nothing was released in 2010 however band member Shay Haley recently hinted at the possibility of new material from the group.
