South America’s most important electronic music gathering has set the date for 2015.

Brazil’s Rio Music Conference will be taking place on February 4 to February 17 next year, and has announced their bumper program already.

There’s plenty planned for the extended event which bills itself as “the biggest street party in the world,” allowing artists, producers, journalists and businessmen a platform for making connections and enjoying the vibrant city.

The main event will take place on February 4-6, and will feature lectures, coaching, workshops and a business fair and will feature talks from New Order’s Peter Hook, Mixmag editor Nick DeCosemo, YouTube’s Vivien Lewit and more.

Aside from the conference, there will be an estimate 500 parties going on and while the exact lineups are yet to be announced, you can be sure they’ll be well worth checking out.
