The Radio 1 host will bring 13 weeks of Deviation to the east London club.

Benji B has been revealed as the next DJ to take over the XOYO residency, which has so far seen the likes of Skream, Jackmaster and Simian Mobile Disco inviting their DJ pals and heroes to the Old Street venue.

Benji is no stranger to XOYO of course, having hosted his Deviation night there for over two years. “The fundamentals of the night will never change,” he says. “It’s going to be Deviation for 13 weeks and if you’ve ever been to one of our nights you know what to expect – and if you haven’t, there’s no better time to come and find out why we love it so much.”

He added: “It’s important to me that the residency is a true reflection of me, my taste, my influences, my history and my future. The curation will be a statement: acknowledging the DJs, producers and club nights who have influenced me, as well as supporting brand new artists who I believe in.”

The residency runs from Saturday, April 4 to Saturday, June 27, 2015. The full line-up will be unveiled on March 4, with tickets available from Deviation and XOYO.
