The R&B queen returns very soon.

Ciara will release the follow-up to 2013’s self-titled effort on May 4 via Epic/Sony Music Entertainment. Named Jackie (after her mother), the album features production and songwriting by Dr. Luke, Diane Warren, Polow da Don and Ester Dean.

The cover (below) was shot by Francesco Carrozzini, a photographer and director who directed the videos for Lana Del Rey’s ‘Ultraviolence’ and Beyoncé’s ‘Jealous’, among other projects. “My Favorite Lp Artwork To Date!” writes Ciara on Facebook.

In addition to the album, Ciara will embark on a tour of US; those dates follow. Lead single ‘I Bet’ received high marks in the FACT Singles Club and the video is below.. [via P4K]
