Dutch techno dignitary Steve Rachmad turns up on Luke Slater’s Mote-Evolver this month with his first release for the label, a stack of tough analogue experiments under his darker STERAC alias.

Making calculated use of his beloved Roland TR-808, Rachmad journeys from the raw blast of ‘Stroke 1’ into more abstract, tweaky realms on the remaining three tracks.
