Paleman, Dave Clarke, Optimo and more head to the south coast in June.

Brighton nightspot Patterns launches this weekend in the building formerly home to Audio. Following a fancy overhaul, the seafront club now boasts an upgraded sound system and is open seven days a week – check it out for yourself when it opens to the public on May 14.

With the launch underway, Patterns has outlined the full programme for the next month of partying, kicking off its in-house series on June 6 with Panorama Bar resident and Osgut Ton staple Nick Höppner, while Rhythm Section boss Bradley Zero plays upstairs.

Mute starts a monthly residency on June 12 with Night Slugs boss Bok Bok, DJ Champion, Flowdan and Riz La Teef, while on Saturday 13 its the launch of First Floor’s bi-monthly residency with underground talents Anthony Parasole, Ed Davenport and Tin Man.

Dimensions Festival makes a stop-off at Patterns on June 19 as part of its official launch tour, with a headline DJ set from Mount Kimbie and support Wild Oats’ producer/DJ K15.

Swedish house music export HNNY makes his Brighton debut on June 20 while Paleman, Chunky, Kimi and more bring some heavy riddims on June 26. On June 27, Vanishing Point host a five-hour B2B session with Glasgow duo Optimo and Parisian maverick Ivan Smagghe.

Patterns will also host the official Brighton Music Conference after-hours event on June 5, with techno boss Dave Clarke alongside Tom Demac, Ralf Kollmann and Rebekah.
