Sadar Bahar has unveiled a new 12″ for Kalakuta Soul Records. 

Bahar is best known as a crate-digging DJ whose self-described “Soul In The Hole” style traverses the realms of disco, house and soul music. Bahar has also made sporadic forays into production, releasing two volumes of Chicken Wing Edits in 2007 and 2009 as well as a 7-inch titled Angel Man / Soul Searching on Ornella Cicchetti’s Sounds Familiar label in 2013.

The new record captures two disco edits that will be pressed in a limited run of 500, so move quickly. Tik Tok will arrive on August 17 via Kalakuta Soul Records, a Bochum-based operation that has previously released material from Cuttlefish & Asparagus and Village Of The Sun. [via RA]
